Meet Meghan Taylor, LCSW
I am especially passionate about supporting women, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity, anxiety, and relationships. Whether you're exploring who you are, managing the weight of living in spaces that aren't always affirming, or working to strengthen boundaries and feel more grounded, you deserve a space where you don't have to explain yourself. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for practical tools, Humanistic/Existential Therapies for meaning and self-understanding, as well as trauma and somatic-informed principles for how the past shows up now.
As a therapist who makes it a priority to do my own work, I understand what it can feel like to sit on both sides of the couch. I know how much courage it takes to show up, and I don't take that lightly. That experience shapes the way I show up for you: with genuine warmth, without judgment, and with deep respect for who you are and where you're going.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and it matters to work with someone who truly sees you. Therapy here is a place to explore your experiences with care, curiosity, and compassion. If you're ready to connect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Expect a mix of warmth, humor, and practical skills to help you move toward a more balanced, authentic life.

As a queer therapist with over six years of experience, I specialize in identity-affirming care and have extensive experience writing letters for hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgeries. My approach is collaborative and rooted in respect for your autonomy and access to care.

Insurance can be confusing, and I know affordability matters. Reach out and we'll talk through options together. If I'm not the right fit financially, I'll gladly help connect you with someone who is. My goal is to keep therapy simple and accessible.
